(Al-Falaq) 113 : 3
وَمِنْ شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ
From the evil when the night overspreads the darkness.
After seeking refuge in the earlier verses from all evils that may occur from dawn to dusk, this verse commands seeking refuge with the Lord, who observes everything without being affected by sleep or slumber, from all evils that may occur from the onset of dusk until the breaking of dawn.
